We, Rahim and I, were just going to sip our favourite driks, Teh O, in Peringgit, when the sky turned murky. While sipping our favourite beverage, we chatted on many topics when suddenly the gloomy sky started to sprinked the planet earth with carbon dioxide.
Sprinkles of water later turned to rain. We moved our seating to a drier place. Rahim had Mee Kari and I had Nasi Goreng Kampong. Rahim revealed his new found interest of raring crab. He was dead serious in this new commercial paradigm. Surprising, an IT trained professional for decades, had shown keen zest in biology. He emphasised that the new found industry would generane hansome income in future, and his potential customers would be his colleagues in the university he is teaching.
Albeit, polio striken, Rahim is a dedicated, ambitious, and a businessman. He dedicates his life to God, family, career and the society. He is a good philantropist though. On numerous occasions he had donated, in the form of money and service, to his siblings, as well as, the members of the Handicapped.
I am proud to be a part of his socialites. We will always be driving together to our brunch grottos. The whole town would know the normal and the handicapped partnership. This partnership will share the common platform on education, politics and education.
Hopefully this partnership would last.
